  • If the sourcing process has already started, the service fee is non-refundable, but the product cost may be refunded depending on the supplier’s policies.

3. Special Cases

  • If the product cannot be sourced, you will receive a full refund.
  • In cases of incorrect or faulty product delivery, the supplier’s return policy will apply.
  • No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for products that are held in customs, subject to additional taxes, or restricted by local regulations.
